The transition from summer to fall has always been the hardest for me and I’ve never understood why because fall is my favorite season.
I was feeling a bit down all September, so I really tried to sit in my thoughts to figure out how I can pull myself out of this funk because mental health is important to take care of and should never be overlooked.
